Confidential introductions for owners of trades and services businessesMonday to Friday, 7:30 to 5:00 Central

A confidential conversation with one buyer, on your terms.

We introduce owners of trades and services businesses to a single private buyer that acquires companies of their size and type. You take one call and hear what that buyer would look for. Nothing is listed, and nobody else is told.

Who we work with

Owner-run companies with 11 to 250 staff

Most of the owners we speak with have built the business over ten or twenty years and are weighing what comes next: a full sale, a partner buying in, or a plan to step back from day-to-day work. A call with a buyer is a way to hear the options before deciding anything.

Industries

  • HVAC and plumbing
  • Roofing
  • Electrical
  • General and specialty contracting

How it works

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them

  1. You tell us the basics. Industry, state, revenue band, staff and timeline. A short form, or a reply to our email.
  2. We match one buyer. We pick a buyer whose stated focus fits your industry, size and area, and we tell you who they are before anything is shared.
  3. You take one call. The buyer hears your company name only after you say yes. What happens after the call is between you and them.

Buyers we introduce

Four kinds of buyer, matched to the owner

Private equity firms

Lower middle market funds buying founder-owned businesses, often as a platform or an add-on.

Holding companies

Permanent owners who buy and keep businesses, usually leaving the team and name in place.

Family offices

Private capital that invests directly in profitable, steady companies.

Search funds and independent sponsors

Individual operators backed by investors, looking for one company to run.

Confidentiality

Your name stays with us until you agree

We do not publish listings, send teasers or market your business. One buyer hears about one company, after the owner has said yes to the call.

What we are not. Veskent is not a business broker, investment bank or broker-dealer. We do not value businesses, negotiate terms or advise on a sale.

Owners pay nothing. The buyer pays Veskent a flat fee for the introduction, unrelated to any sale price.

Curious what a buyer would see in your company?

The form takes about two minutes. We reply within one business day with the type of buyer we would match you with.
