What we collect

When you reply to us or fill in a request form, we keep your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, and the answers in the form. We also keep the emails you send us.

How we use it

To introduce you to one firm that handles what you asked for, and to follow up on that request. We do not sell lists, and we do not pass your details to more than one firm for the same request.

Who we share it with

Only the firm you are introduced to, and only after you ask for the introduction. Our form, email and spreadsheet providers process the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

Reply "remove" to any email from us and we will stop contacting you and delete your details. You can also ask what we hold about you by replying to any of our emails.
