What Veskent does

Veskent LLC introduces business owners to firms such as buyers, agencies, insurers' agents and lenders. We are paid a flat fee by the firm for each introduction. You do not pay us.

What Veskent does not do

We are not a broker, broker-dealer, lender, insurance agency or adviser. We do not give financial, legal, tax, investment or insurance advice, negotiate on anyone's behalf, hold funds, or guarantee any quote, offer, price or outcome.

Your dealings with the firm

Any agreement you reach is between you and the firm you are introduced to. Check their licenses, terms and fees yourself before you sign anything. You are free to decline at any point.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Veskent is not liable for the acts, advice or products of any firm we introduce.
